 Withdrawing from the International Criminal Court (ICC) does not “diminish the obligations of the Philippines to cooperate” over the cases filed when the country was still a member state, says Atty. Ruben Carranza, senior expert of New York-based International Center for Transitional Justice. 



The Philippines was officially out of the ICC on March 17, 2019. #ANCHeadstart
