B.M. No. 859

 Pursuant to Bar Matter No. 859 (In Re: Request to Increase the Bar Examination and Admission Fees), the Supreme Court, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, has increased the Bar Admission Fee from ₱3,750 to ₱5,000.


The increase shall take effect upon the oath-taking and roll-signing ceremonies for the successful 2022 Bar applicants and shall cover the imminent surge in the operation costs and other logistical expenses, as well as the allowances of concerned personnel.
