Yes, the printout of the photograph is admissible evidence. Evidence is admissible when relevant, competent, authenticated and offered.

The present rules on evidence include as an original document any counterpart produced by the same impression as the original, or by means of photography or mechanical or electronic re-recording, by chemical reproduction or by other equivalent techniques.

Rule 130, Section 4(a) provides that an original of a photograph includes any print thereof.
