DOLE Issues Labor Advisory No. 28-20 on Guidelines on the Payment of Thirteenth Month Pay



On October 19, 2020, the Department of Labor and Employment issued Labor Advisory No. 28-20 on the Guidelines on the Payment of Thirteenth Month Pay.


It is clarified in this Labor Advisory that 13th Month Pay should not be deferred nor exempted from payout.
