Atty. Ruwee O. Tupue is a dedicated and principled legal practitioner committed to promoting justice, upholding the rule of law, and providing client-focused solutions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Catanduanes State University and completed 18 units in Professional Education (major in Social Sciences) at Catanduanes College. In 2016, he passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers, demonstrating his strong foundation in education and civic responsibility.

 

During his academic years, Atty. Tupue actively participated in competitive debate and public speaking. He was awarded Regional Debate Team Champion (Bicol Region) at the Bicol Regional Political Student’s Parliament in 2015. His passion for Philippine politics, philosophy, and history continues to shape his legal advocacy and dedication to public service.

 

He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi and successfully passed the 2022 Philippine Bar Examinations. He was formally admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2023.

 

Currently, Atty. Tupue is practicing as an associate at a reputable law firm, handling various legal matters including labor disputes, commercial litigation, and civil cases. He is recognized for his sharp analytical skills, client-centered approach, and commitment to legal integrity.

    Hi ask ko lang po the scenario po is yung kapatid ng mama ko binibenta niya yung lupang minana niya sa kapatid din pero gusto kasi nila in may kasulatan pwede ba akong pumirma sa kasulatan nila in behalf of my mom? Wala kasi sa isla yung mama ko. Sabi daw ng PB pwede yun.
